PerfusionPrep.com is operated by AGS Perfusion LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. The Perfusion School Prep Series (PSPS) is our primary educational program. For questions about this policy, contact us at info@perfusionprep.com.

What Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when you join our waitlist or enroll in a course:

• Full name
• Email address
• Professional background (e.g., RN, ECMO Tech, pre-perfusion applicant)
• Course tier interest (optional)

We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by a third-party processor (Stripe or equivalent). We never see or store your credit card number.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To notify you when Cohort RD1 enrollment opens
• To send course-related communications if you enroll
• To respond to questions you send us directly

We send one enrollment notification email per cohort cycle. We do not send marketing newsletters, promotional campaigns, or third-party offers without your explicit consent.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.
• We do not use your data for automated profiling or decision-making.
• We do not send spam. Ever.

Data Storage and Security

Waitlist submissions are stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we collect.

Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services in connection with PSPS:

• Skool — course hosting and community platform
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Analytics — anonymous site traffic data (no personally identifiable information)

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them independently.

PSPS is designed for adult professionals and pre-professional students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as our program grows. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
